We take Malaysian businesses from 1 → 10Automating the manual work, connecting the tools, and building the systems that scale.
You run on Excel, WhatsApp and a whiteboard today. We come to your site, learn how you run, and build the backbone that scales with you — without the operations breaking.
The idea
Why do businesses stall at "1"?
Most Malaysian businesses run the same way: the owner holds the operations in their head, orders arrive on WhatsApp, stock lives in a spreadsheet, and the "system" is whoever has been there longest. At one site with a handful of people, that works — one person can keep it all straight.
What happens as you growClose
Then it grows. A second site, a bigger team, a few more orders a week — and the same steps start breaking, because they were never written down. Stock stops tying, orders slip, and the owner spends every evening chasing paper. The growth that should be freeing the business starts strangling it.
That gap — between 1 and 10 — is what we close. We turn the knowledge in your head into a system your whole team can run.
1 10
1 = runs on memory · 10 = runs on a system
- Replace the whiteboard with a system 20 people can run
- Get the stock count to actually tie
- Move the quotation out of a 200-message WhatsApp thread
The build
One process, from the whiteboard to a working system.
This is the first module we build for a fabricator: a work order that already knows what stock you have, and files the e-invoice when it ships. Keep scrolling to watch it come together.
The pain, in your words
Which one is your business right now?
“Nobody can answer — where is my order?”
Production status lives on a whiteboard nobody updates.
“The stock count never ties.”
Inventory on Excel, valued in people's heads.
“The quotation is 200 messages down.”
Quotes, orders and changes buried in WhatsApp.
“The partners chase papers all day.”
Senior time lost to admin instead of the work.
What we build
One backbone, built for your industry.
We start with one broken process. Six weeks, live, working. Then we add the next. These four modules are the backbone — built once, reused across whatever industry you're in.
C-01
WhatsApp order capture → stock and orders
Never re-key an order.
How it worksClose
Orders arrive as voice notes, photos of a purchase order, or a message in a group chat. We turn each one into a structured sales order — item, quantity, customer, date — so nothing is lost or re-typed.
C-02
Real-time inventory & BOM
One live count, across every site you run.
How it worksClose
One live count of raw material and finished goods, linked to your bill of materials, across however many sites you run. When a work order needs 320 and you hold 318, the system tells you before production starts.
C-03
Automated e-invoice (LHDN MyInvois)
Compliance, handled.
How it worksClose
Every invoice generated in the right format and validated with LHDN MyInvois the moment it's due — no manual upload, no end-of-month scramble, no compliance penalty.
C-04
AI forecasting & document extraction
The leverage that scales a small team.
How it worksClose
Four-page supplier PDFs turned into clean line items, purchase suggestions from your sales history, and the weekly report assembled automatically.
Seen working
Watch one order run the whole way through.
No slide deck. A real order lands on WhatsApp, the stock moves, the work order reaches the floor, and the e-invoice files itself with LHDN — recorded end to end on a system that is running today.
Loop to be placed
Shorter runs — one automation each 03 clips · 60–90 sec
Who we serve
We don't just build software — we know how your industry runs.
Manufacturers & fabricators
Quoting → work order → capacity → e-invoice. Plugged into the accounting you already have.
Why we serve themClose
job-shop manufacturing is where the manual chaos is worst — quoting, work orders, capacity and stock in four different places — and it's the material our whole system was built around.
Distributors & wholesalers
WhatsApp orders → stock → receivables → e-invoice, across your whole warehouse network.
Why we serve themClose
one of Malaysia's largest and densest SME segments, still running the WhatsApp → Excel → manual-invoice chain — the fastest, most measurable ROI we can deliver.
Food & beverage makers
Batch control, halal traceability, e-invoice — compliance handled, waste cut.
Why we serve themClose
halal, FoSIM and e-invoice compliance are forcing a fragmented sector to digitise — and traceability, batch control and waste tracking are exactly what a system does well.
Professional-services firms
Workflow, AI document extraction, billing and ticklers — partners stop chasing papers.
Why we serve themClose
partners pay to save senior time, the decision-maker is in the room, and the e-invoice deadline gives a clean, immediate reason to act.
On the ground
We map the work where the work happens.
Every build opens with a walkthrough — your floor, your store, your back office. We photograph it, measure the real timings, and draw the process before a line of code is written.
What we record on the walkthrough
- Cycle times, taken by hand at the machine
- Every point where a number gets typed a second time
- The forms, books and whiteboards already doing the job
Works with what you have
We don't replace your SQL Accounting. We connect to it.
Your accountant already knows your accounting software, and so do you. We don't rip it out — we connect to it and fix everything upstream.
How we work
Six weeks, live, working. Methodically.
-
01On-site visitWe come to your floor.
Not a slide deck in a meeting room. We walk your actual operation — how an order comes in, who touches it, where it slows down — and we write it down as a process. Free, no obligation. If we can't help, we'll tell you straight.
-
02Map one workflowThe one that hurts most.
We pick the single process bleeding the most time or money — usually an order, a stock count or a quote. We map it end to end, agree the exact measure of "better" (hours saved, errors stopped, speed), and scope it before we build anything.
-
03BuildTo your operation, not a template.
We build the module against how you actually run — your products, your people, your accounting. You see it on test data first, so nothing breaks a live process while we work.
-
04TrainYour team, in person.
We train the people who'll use it, on your floor, in your language. If a screen takes more than a few taps to use, we built it wrong — and we fix it before handover.
-
05Go liveWorking, not promised.
The module goes live and your staff use it on Monday. We stay close through the first weeks — watching for exceptions, fixing them, and measuring the outcome against the number we agreed up front.
-
06Next moduleThen we add the next.
Once the first workflow is proven and the numbers are real, we move to the next one — on the same backbone, so each addition is faster and cheaper than the last. That's how you go from 1 to 10 without rebuilding every time.
Straight answer
We're not right for everyone. Here's how to tell.
We're a good fit if
You're doing roughly RM5–25m and outgrowing Excel
That's the band where the manual system starts breaking but a full ERP is still overkill — exactly where one focused module pays for itself fastest.
The owner is in the room when decisions get made
We need one named champion who can say yes. When the owner's involved, a project moves in weeks — not committee cycles.
You already run SQL Accounting or AutoCount and want to keep it
Good — we don't replace it. We connect to it and fix everything upstream, so your accountant carries on exactly as before.
You want one process fixed properly before adding the next
That's how we work. One broken workflow live in six weeks, then the next — not a nine-month everything-at-once project.
We're probably not your vendor if
You want the cheapest invoice-printing tool
There are cheaper tools for that. We build the system around the invoice — stock, orders, approvals — not just the document.
You want a full ERP replaced in one go
A big-bang replacement is exactly the project that fails. We land one module and expand — or tell you honestly we're not the right team for it.
Nobody internally can own the system after we hand it over
The system only works if someone inside champions it. We train and hand over — but we can't run your business for you.
You need it live next week
A real system, built to your operation and tested, takes about six weeks. If you need a patch next week, we'll point you somewhere faster.
Questions people ask
The things you're actually wondering.
How much does it cost?
The first module is typically RM15–30k, live in six weeks, then a monthly fee for support and the next module. We quote after we've seen your operation — not before.
Do I have to replace my accounting software?
No. We connect to SQL Accounting or AutoCount and fix everything upstream of it. Your accountant carries on exactly as before.
How long before something is actually working?
Six weeks to the first module live and in use. Not a prototype — the thing your staff use on Monday.
My staff aren't good with computers.
Most of the people who use what we build aren't either. We train on your floor, in person. If a screen takes more than a few taps to use, we built it wrong and we fix it.
Will you still be here in three years?
Fair question, and we won't pretend we're a large company — we're a small Malaysian team.
What we'll commit to: you own your data, we document what we build, and we hand over anything you ask for, whenever you ask. Come to our office in Selangor and meet the people who'd be building it.
